About the Owner
Guests have access to the entire home and property with the exception of owner's closet and utility room in the garage. We love our home and ask that you treat it as you would want your home treated. NO EVENTS. NO PARTIES. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS. NO FIREARMS. NO FIREWORKS. 14 GUESTS MAX per booking, which includes both overnight guests and visitors. The guest limit is a town regulation. We do monitor this and have multiple outdoor security cameras, noise monitors, and smoking detectors. Outdoor quiet hours begin at 9pm. Please keep merrymaking indoors. This is a family friendly, quiet neighborhood. We collect a refundable security deposit through a secure processing platform at the time of booking to cover incidentals. This deposit is automatically refunded 1 week after checkout. Both the signed rental agreement and security deposit must be completed within 24 hours of booking to honor your stay. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL GUESTS IN YOUR PARTY BEING AWARE OF THE HOUSE RULES. Must be 27 years of age or older to rent. No underage drinking or parties allowed. Maximum of 4 vehicles per guest stay. Up to 5 vehicles may be possible if smaller vehicles, but will be tight. No parking on road. Carpooling encouraged. Thank you for your cooperation! Pest control services (insect spraying), lawn care and hot tub cleaning services may take place during your stay along with other routine maintenance as needed. Owner tries to schedule around guest stays when possible and provide notice, however, Owner does not control service providers schedules, which is impacted by weather, worker availability, etc. Pest treatments are necessary to control insect populations and prevent from mosquito and tick borne illness. Regular hot tub cleaning is necessary for safety and sanitation purposes. Lawn care/mowing is done regularly to allow guests to enjoy the yard. No refunds will be provided if services temporarily impact use of the yard or amenities during your stay.
